Covering the Basics in Canva

Have you ever signed up for a Canva account, logged in and felt confused and overwhelmed? With so many options it can be hard to know where to start. But it is SO good when you get going, and I don’t want you to feel put off. That is why I am launching one-to-one training sessions for individuals or small businesses looking for a little support to get started. I don’t claim to be a Canva expert, but I do know my way around - and I’m happy to provide a friendly helping hand to patiently guide you round. These 30-minute sessions (short so they are not overwhelming), will cover the basics so you can more confidently find your way around and get creative. If you have a brand style already set then great, let’s use that and create that leaflet, business card or social media template you have been meaning to put together. By the end of the session you will know - How to choose and launch the right workspace - How to upload any brand assets - How to insert and colour shapes and icons - How to format your text - How to find and add photos - How to create QR codes - How to keep everything aligned and spaced nicely - How to download your work
