Some skies stop you in your tracks – full of quiet light, shifting colours, and the sense that change is in the air. 
 
I painted this during a difficult time, not long after losing my mum. It became a gentle reminder to myself: even when everything feels heavy, the world keeps turning… and somehow, light still finds a way in.
