Not picked up a paintbrush since school? Love creating but don't know where to start? Fancy a couple of hours of mindfulness and trying something new?
Join me for a creative morning of painting at the lovely Nourish Cafe in Newbourne. I will guide you step-by-step, helping you master the basic acrylic paint techniques needed to create a unique canvas painting of Pete the Peacock! A handsome chap you may see strutting around the cafe - he is very excited to be your model for this workshop!
Once the basic colours are in place on the canvas, we will take a short break to enjoy a hot drink and delicious freshly baked cake from the cafe. This is included in the price. We will then return to our paint palettes to add the details needed to bring your masterpiece to life.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an art enthusiast seeking a fun and inspiring experience, this workshop is designed for everyone. Unwind, tap into your creativity, and leave with a painting to be proud of.
All equipment is provided, but an apron or older clothes are recommended.
